Full Letting & Management Service 8%(fees paid monthly)

Marketing, advertising and conducting viewings at the property
Tenant selection and vetting
Preparation of the tenancy agreement.
Notifying utility providers and the City Council at the beginning and end of the tenancy
Preparation of the inventory and schedule of condition
Deposit collection and processing
End of tenancy inspection
Transfer of rental income
Arranging routine repairs and maintenance
Routine certification and compliance checks

Our fee is payable only when we find a suitable tenant and they have taken access of the property.
